Sharing Our Business Philosophy

For my first blog, I wanted to share Cooling FX business philosophy.

Honesty, Integrity, Reliability. Three meaningful words that tell a story about how we at Cooling FX conduct our everyday operation.

I’ve been in the air conditioning service, repairs and installation industry in South Florida for over 15 years. I have worked for a couple of good companies and a few not so good. For the ones that were good companies, I learned a lot of technical skills to become a better technician. For the ones that were not so good, it was all about the “sales” not the service. In a way, it was those companies that motivated me to start my own company under different principles – Honesty, Integrity and Reliability.

We have all seen it too many times. Women, the elderly it doesn’t matter who, people at times will take advantage of others. For what? A one time sale? And miss the opportunity for future referrals?

Why is it so difficult to tell the truth? Is it all about the mighty dollar? Or maybe the right answer is unknown. Could it be a way of covering a wrong doing?

Whatever the reason, Cooling FX will always be truthful to our valued customers.
